How does redeeming at checkout work?

Make sure you're logged in before you check out.

During checkout, you'll see the "Rewards" button right above the discount code field.

Click the button and choose the discount or gift you'd like to activate.

Your benefit is applied to your cart right away. Voilà!

Example: saved up 70 points and want to redeem 40 points for a free sheet mask (up to €2.50)? First add the sheet mask of your choice to your cart. During checkout, you can select this gift under "Rewards." The discount is then applied to your cart right away!

Do my points expire?

Unlike many other programs, your points at Haru Haru Beauty never expire. They'll be waiting for you whenever you're ready for your next glow-up.

How do I check my balance?

Simply log in to your account. On your My Rewards dashboard, or here, you'll find your current points balance and all the rewards ready to use.

Can I combine points with a discount code?

Points are redeemed as a unique voucher code. These codes cannot be combined with other discount codes.

How do I redeem my discount online?

Once you're logged in, go to checkout. You'll find the "Rewards" section right above the discount code field. Click the "Rewards" button, choose the discount you want to use, and it's applied right away. Voilà!

How do I redeem points online for a product?
  1. Check the My Rewards page, or here, to see which products are currently available as a gift.
  2. Add that specific product to your cart.
  3. At checkout, make sure you're logged in and click the "Rewards" button.
  4. Select the matching reward to "pay" for the product with your points.

Can I also earn and spend points in the physical stores?

Yes, absolutely! Just let us know at the register in Amsterdam or Rotterdam that you're a member of our club.

Already have an online account and placed an order before? Give the name linked to your account at checkout. The points are then added directly to your online balance.

Have an online account but never ordered online? Let us set up a Loyalty account for you in-store, just once. Use the same phone number as your online account for this. Our systems then link this data automatically, so your accounts are merged right away and you don't miss a single point.

What are my points calculated on?

You receive points on the final order amount including VAT. Points are not calculated on shipping costs or on the portion of the payment covered by a discount code or gift card.
